This award celebrates not only outstanding performance in the young horse ring, but also the strength of Canadian sport horse breeding. It is especially rewarding to see elite horses like Sassicaia born, bred, and developed right here in Canada—and then go on to successful, competitive careers, as exemplified by this High-Point achievement.
A true testament to the quality of Canadian breeders, riders, and owners working together to develop the next generation of sport horse talent.
The Alberta Chapter also congratulates the 2025 Alberta Horse Trials High Point Canadian Sport Horse, Snap Shot II, owned by Deshann Valentine, bred by Ravine Ranch (2008 F1 Samual x Lenore x Far Flung).
